Responsible for supervising and planning store room activities, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods. Duties include maintaining inventory records, stocktaking, and enforcing quality regulations.

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting healthcare statistical data. Duties include verifying statistical returns, preparing graphs, maintaining statistical records, and ensuring data accuracy for reporting.

Responsible for maintaining store room records, receiving and issuing goods, processing stock transactions, and implementing proper inventory control measures.

Responsible for facilitating communication throughout the Institution and its facilities via a telecommunications medium, i.e. a telephone switchboard.

Responsible for attending to the routine storage and safekeeping, in a vault, of important documents and records required for use by the members of staff and the general public.

Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Institution via lead operator functions of monitoring the computerized, integrated communication system.

Responsible for processing payroll, computing deductions, reconciling TD4 totals, preparing paysheets, generating payroll reports, and maintaining employee records in compliance with financial policies and regulations.
